Suggested Brewing:

1 heaped teaspoon per cup into and infuser and steep for 3-5 minutes then remove the leaves and they can be reused for a later cup. 

I personally suggest making this brew around 1 hour before bed, I would personally leave the leaves in for the wholes duration to make a strong brew & go to the toilet before getting into bed.
